Music duo argonaut&wasp releases new song ‘Go Getter’

By Alex Brown - 1.11.19

Brooklyn-based duo, argonaut&wasp, have returned with a brand new single titled "Go Getter." The track is out October 30th with +1 Records.

"This is one of those songs that started off as words scribbled on a napkin years ago. The lyrics were always there lingering in the back of our minds. The words that captured a long period of our creative journey, one full of self-doubt, uncertainty and the struggle to understand our place in the world. As we grew, standing by each other to push through the struggles, the song began to manifest into what it has become. This is our coming of age song and what a time to be able to share it with you." - argonaut&wasp

Prior to this release, they released "Saigon," which was premiered via Billboard, and a music video for "Monacillo," directed by Patrick Elmore. Back in April, they shared "Composure," which has garnered over 2.5 million streams to date. These new singles have been featured on Spotify's "New Music Friday," "Summer Party," "Indie Pop," "All-New Indie," "Indie Sunshine," and "Feel-Good Indie Rock" playlists and on Amazon Music's "Introducing: Alternative" playlist. argonaut&wasp have now amassed over 15 million streams across all platforms. This summer they performed on Live Nation's rooftop for Ones to Watch's "All Eyes On" session. Next up for the band is a national tour in support of Miami Horror. They will be bringing their electro-dance and funk grooves to some of the biggest rooms they'll play to date.
