Singer-songwriter Kaitlyn Olson shares NEW SONG 'Mood'

Kaitlyn Olson aka KO's has shared her nnew track entitled "Mood" via Buzzbands.LA

When talking about the track KO says, "I met G Eazy’s producer Dakari. We immediately connected musically and he started sending me beats to write to. This was the first track he sent me, which I wrote and recorded with my friends Trev and Tyler out of my bedroom studio over the course of a couple hours. Soon after, we heard that a huge KPOP star Yuri from Girls Generation wanted the song for her debut solo album. The song quickly went to #2 in Korea. This is the English version."

Kaitlyn Olson is a singer-songwriter born and raised in Los Angeles. She grew up playing classical piano and started writing music at 16-years-old. Her musical influences range from 60’s girl groups to 90’s r&b to modern super pop. She recorded a country album with legendary music producer Richard Perry while attending college at Columbia University. Since then, she has built a vast catalog of songs she has written with friends, including producers and songwriters such as Jerry Wonda (Fugees, Shakira), Dakarai Gwitira (G Eazy, Sam Smith, Tove Lo), Jason Hill (the Killers, Empire of the Sun), and Jeff Kite (the Voidz), Dallas Austin (TLC), Chris Cester (JET), CC Sheffield (Raise Your Weapons/ Deadmau5), and Stacy Barthe (I Adore you/Miley Cyrus). This year Kaitlyn wrote and was featured on DJ Dash Berlin’s song "Home”. More recently, she wrote a single for Yuri of KPOP’s Girls Generation called “Illusion”. Yuri’s album is currently #2 in South Korea and #6 on Billboard’s world albums.
